Carrot Cake Cream Cheese Frosting
Carrot Cake Cream Cheese Frosting. Beat cream cheese and vanilla with a mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add it to the butter, alongside the vanilla extract and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Once the batter is properly mixed, stir.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves & salt.
Cool and finely chop the pecans. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the eggs, vanilla, unsweetened applesauce, brown sugar blend and sweetener. Line bottom of pans with waxed paper.
