Chocolate Chip Cookies Coconut Oil. Reduce the mixer speed to low, then slowly add the dry ingredients, beating just until the flour disappears. Add coconut oil and both sugars to a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
Beat coconut oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until combined. In a small mixing bowl whisk together the oats, flour, salt and baking soda. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt and old-fashioned oats.
Mix into the oil and sugar mixture.
Add in the brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract, beating until creamy.
Incorporate cornstarch, salt and baking soda. Make sure to scrap the sides of the bowl throughout. Add flour, kosher salt, and baking soda to bowl and stir until ingredients are incorporated and you have a smooth dough.
