Whipped Cream Cake Frosting. Fold into the cream cheese mixture. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Just before you get to stiff peaks add the White Chocolate Pudding mix. Warm the water and gelatin until fully dissolved in a microwave. Sift together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
The frosting should keep stiff on the cake at this temperature.
In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Stop and scrape the bottom of the bowl occasionally. A bit of gelatin also helps the whipped cream. With the mixer on, slowly pour in heavy cream.
