In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Scoop a generous tablespoon of cookie batter and drop it onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until combined, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture until no flour is visible.
Mix in chips, oatmeal, and raisins with a wooden spoon.
