Exercise Induced Urticaria. These syndromes can be categorized as cholinergic urticaria or exercise-induced anaphylaxis based on the clinical manifestation. They can occur on any part of the body.
Exercise rashes, or exercise-induced urticaria, occurs when exercise causes allergy-like symptoms. Exercise-induced urticaria is a rare medical condition characterized by symptoms of pruritus and wheals during or shortly after physical exercise. Generally speaking, exercise-induced urticaria is characterized as the rapid onset of hives or raised skin welts following exercise.
The hives usually appear on the stomach, back, or chest, but can occur anywhere, including on the face.

Exercise-induced urticaria is an allergic response that occurs when you experience itchiness along with hives or redness of the skin. Exercise-induced anaphylaxis is a rare but potentially fatal hypersensitivity reaction triggered by physical activity. Exercise induced hives develop when your skin suddenly warms during exercise and body temperature undergoes a rapid change.
