Trader Joes Chocolate Croissant
Trader Joes Chocolate Croissant. After watching Emily in Paris, I was inspired to pick up these chocolate croissants, and wow!! This is the kind of pastry you'd buy from a fancy bakery.
They aren't overly sweet but you definitely get a good. Obviously, you won't want to eat these every day, but as an occasional treat for mornings when you really want to indulge, these are pretty much a perfect option as long as you remember to take them out of the freezer the previous. These Trader Joe's almond croissants are easy to make and absolutely delicious.
They're impossibly easy to make: You simply pull them out of the freezer to proof overnight, and then bake them in the morning.
Rest easy, Trader Joe's loyalists, because the reviews are in.
There are two long strips of chocolate in these croissants so you definitely get chocolate in almost every bite, and it goes really well with the crunchy outside and soft, buttery inside. If you're looking for ideas on what to serve with your chocolate croissants, look no further - we've got you covered! Yes, you have to proof them overnight, but once they start baking the smell alone will make it well worth it.
